Olebogeng (Lebo) Mosala is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ongeya Investments. She is an accomplished Audit, Surveillance, Risk and Compliance Management Professional with experience in the South African and International Financial Services Sector. She has a Bachelor’ of Commerce Degree in Quantitative Management (UNISA – self-taught) with several distinctions, an A-level in English (Cambridge University, UK), Certificate in Operational Risk (Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments), Certificate Communications Skills (Trinity College, UK) and has undergone EURO Money training for analysis of banking financial services. She has completed training and is studying towards completing both the ACI Dealing and ACI Operations certificates respectively.
As the CEO of Ongeya Investments, she combines her skills and partnerships to deliver tailored services to clients. Her experience in senior roles includes consulting services, forensic / market abuse surveillance (inclusive of forensic Artificial Intelligence tools), implementing frameworks, process enhancements as well as planning and leading audits. She specialises in Auditing across different products / services, Compliance, Risk Management, Information Analysis, Consulting Coaching and facilitation of internal control and audit action plans.
